Philips 26PFL5403S/60 Stuck In Standby with Red LED on

Symptom: Attempts to switch on from standby will switch the LED from red to white then back to red (both led also remain of for 5 seconds before repeating the same process)

CURE: Check the 12V from the power supply on pin 7 of connector P2

If this is missing, the resistor RB5 is defective. Replace RB5 with a 2R2 1% resistor.

First production was fitted  with a fuse and later this was changed into a 2R2 resistor
