UK Deliveries
We know that delivery costs can always be a shock when ordering anything online, therefore we’ve made it as simple as possible.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within one day in secure packaging. Typically, delivery can be expected in 1-3 days on cleared payment(s), however, we can not guarantee the service of Royal Mail.
We have withdrawn "Free" deliver. The recent Royal Mail price hikes have been significant, making it difficult for all businesses to offer free delivery without taking a financial hit.
Undelivered parcels
If Royal Mail was unable to deliver your parcel:
You'll receive a "Something for you" card: This card will provide instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from the depot.
Re-delivery attempt: Royal Mail will typically try to deliver the parcel again the next day.
Collect your parcel within 18 days: If you don't collect your parcel within 18 days from the depot, it will be returned to Spared Parts.
Re-delivery charges apply: There will be an additional postal charge if you request a re-delivery..
Partial deliveries
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, as long as they do not cause unreasonable hardship for the customer.
If your items arrive in separate parcels, you will be only charged for a single delivery.
Special orders
Orders marked "Special Order" are parts that are currently not in stock. Spared Parts order these items from the manufacturer, which normally takes a few days to receive before we dispatch them. The number of days displayed is working days which does not include weekends or Bank holidays
In the unlikely advent, the manufacturer is out of stock or has discontinued the item we will inform you at the earliest moment.
How will your goods arrive
We take care and time to ensure all items are packed appropriately, with recyclable/biodegradable packing where possible.
International deliveries (Discontinued)
We are no longer able to provide parts to international customers due to a combination of challenges beyond our control.
