No hidden fees or unexpected shipping costs at checkout—we keep delivery simple.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24®: £4.95
⏰ Same-Day Dispatch Cut-off Times:
- Monday – Friday: Order by 16:00 GMT
- Saturday: Order by 11:30 GMT
Note: Same-day dispatch excludes Bank Holidays.
🌍 International Shipping Update
We have made the difficult decision to discontinue international shipping. Due to unforeseen logistical challenges, we are currently unable to process orders for delivery outside of our domestic region.
📦 ❌ Undelivered Parcels
If Royal Mail was unable to deliver your parcel:
- You'll receive a "Something for you" card: This card will provide instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from the depot.
- Re-delivery attempt: Royal Mail will typically try to deliver the parcel again the next day.
- Collect your parcel within 18 days: If you don't collect your parcel within 18 days from the depot, it will be returned to Spared Parts.
- Re-delivery charges apply: An additional postal charge will apply if you request a re-delivery.
📦 / 📦 Partial Deliveries
We may ship your order in multiple packages to get it to you faster. Rest assured, you’ll only be charged a single delivery fee.
🌟 Special Orders
Orders marked "Special Order" require fulfilment directly from the manufacturer before dispatch. Displayed lead times refer strictly to business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. In the rare event of a manufacturer stock shortage or discontinuation, our team will notify you promptly.
