Returns policy
We understand that there may be an occasion when you find that you need to return an item to us, but before you rush off to the post office please read the information on this page. If you still have any questions then get in touch and we will do our best to assist you.
We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:
Damaged items
All items are packed appropriately and with recyclable/biodegradable packing where possible.
On receiving your goods, it is your responsibility to check the item on arrival in case of damage. If the parcel looks damaged or has been tampered with please sign "damaged" including your signature. Otherwise Spared Parts UK will not be able to make a claim against the carrier.
In some cases Spared Parts will make a claim against the carrier due to damage in transit or missing deliveries, Spared Parts UK reserve the write to hold payment until any claim(s) have been processed.
Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Unwanted items
If you bought goods as a consumer within the meaning of the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 14 day “cooling off” period. Spared Parts UK offers a 30 day return option to all customers in any event (We know how busy life can be). Such items must be returned in original condition and in accordance with the packaging requirements below.
- Products must be returned at your cost with proof of delivery being available upon request.
- Any item returned to us that has been used or is not in original sealed packaging will be returned to you at your own expense.
- All items and their components are discreetly security marked to prevent fraudulent returns.
- Spared Parts will not except returns for misdiagnosis.
- Goods returned under this option after the 30 day period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Orders purchased under "Special Orders" can not be cancelled and are non returnable.
How do I pack it?
All goods returned must be securely packaged and returned in equivalent packaging to that in which they were received. Spared Parts cannot accept returns if goods have been damaged in transit as a result of inadequate packaging.
Do not write on or mark the product packaging.
All items are security marked to prevent fraudulent returns.
How long will it take?
Spared Parts aim to have all returns processed (subject to inspection and acceptance) within 2 days of receipt. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery for goods returned by post.
Any goods rejected for return will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Digitally supplied products are instant after purchase an can not be cancelled and are non refundable.
If there is a problem with the download please use the form below. Include your order reference number and we will replace the item in a timely manor.
