We know that delivery costs can always be a shock when ordering anything online, therefore we’ve made it as simple as possible…
Mainland UK deliveries
We have a flat fee of £4.95 P&P for all orders shipped to a UK destination (excluding the Channel Islands). This means no matter how big or small you order is, you will only be charged this flat rate.
All orders will be sent by First Class recorded post.
Typically, delivery can be expected in 2-3 days, however, we can not guarantee the service of any third-party supplier.
Delivery will need to be signed for, so if you're not in, your parcel will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office depot. You will get a card through your door explaining how you can rearrange delivery and details of the depot where you can collect your parcel.
International deliveries
We have a flat fee of £11.95 P&P for all orders shipped to a international destination.
When ordering items to an international destination, please ensure you select the correct postage otherwise this may cause a delay in the dispatch of your order.
Typically, delivery can be expected from 3-5 days depending on destination, however, we can not guarantee the service of any third-party supplier.
Orders to an international destination will be sent with Royal Mail's Airmail service.
Partial deliveries
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, as long as they do not cause unreasonable hardship for the customer.
If your items arrive in separate parcels, you will be only charged for a single delivery.
Special Orders
Orders marked "SPECIAL ORDER" are parts that are currently not in stock. Spared Parts order these items from the manufacturer, which normally takes a few days to receive before we dispatch them. The number of days displayed are working days which does not include weekends or Bank holidays.
In the unlikely advent the manufacturer is out of stock or has discontinued the item we will inform you at the earliest moment.
Special Orders are not returnable and not cancellable.
How will your goods arrive
All items are packed appropriately and with recyclable/biodegradable packing where possible.
Tracking information will be provided for all orders via PayPal.
Returns Policy
We understand that there may be an occasion when you find that you need to return an item to us, but before you rush off to the post office please read the information on this page. If you still have any questions then get in touch and we will do our best to assist you.
We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:
Damaged items
All items are packed appropriately and with recyclable/biodegradable packing where possible.
On receiving your goods, it is your responsibility to check the item on arrival in case of damage. If the parcel looks damaged or has been tampered with please sign "damaged". Otherwise Spared Parts will not be able to make a claim against the carrier.
In some cases Spared Parts will make a claim against the carrier due to damage in transit or missing deliveries, Spared Parts reserve the write to hold payment until any claim(s) have been processed.
Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Unwanted items
If you bought goods as a consumer within the meaning of the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7 day “cooling off” period. Spared Parts offers a 7 day return option to all customers in any event. Such items must be returned in original condition and in accordance with the packaging requirements below.

Products must be returned at your cost with proof of delivery being available upon request.

Any item returned to us that has been used or is not in original sealed packaging will be returned to you at your own expense.

All items are security marked.

Spared Parts will not except returns for misdiagnosis.

Goods returned under this option after the 7 day period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Orders purchased under "Special Orders" are not cancelable or refundable
What next?
You will need to obtain a returns authorisation before returning an item to us, which you can do via our contact form (stating the reason you are returning the item).
How do I pack it?
All goods returned must be securely packaged and returned in equivalent packaging to that in which they were received. Spared Parts cannot accept returns if goods have been damaged in transit as a result of inadequate packaging.
Do not write on or mark the product packaging.
How long will it take?
Spared Parts aim to have all returns processed (subject to inspection and acceptance) within 2 days of receipt. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery for goods returned by post.
Any goods rejected for return will be shipped back to you at your expense.
